The Dentists office told me to go somewhere else because I called the office 3 times in 2 days to try to get an appointment.0n the 1st day I called for an appointment and was told they would call me back. I never received a call that day or the
next morning so I called again. I hadn't received a call by 3p.m. so I called one more time. Then I was told to change Dentists because I called 3 times. I'm sure the Dentist is a good Dentist , but in my opinion I feel I was treated wrong just because I wanted an appointment. Talk about Discrimination.....
I had to find out why I had to change dentist by the Insurance
because in my opinion the office didn't have the decency to tell me why. I have never been treated like this ever before.
About Front Desk: In my opinion I was treated badly just because I wanted to get an appointment with Dr. Jackson. So beware don't call the office more than once or you might be told to change dentists.

Dr. Jackson would not give me cleaning appointment before 5 months after examination. When I came at appointment time, I was told appointment was cancelled because I had dropped my insurance. I intended to pay. No one bothered to call and tell me. A new time was offered another three months away.

dr jackson is a kind and good doctor, but the receptionis lady is rude and not friendly she does not know how to speak with patients, i think she should be replaced.

Dr Jackson is the BEST dentist I've ever been to!!! He was my childhood dentist, but when I got older, I kind of stopped going all together. Eventually I ended up going else-where for one reason or another, and had nothing but terrible experiences. Then one day my parents reminded me about him, so I called them up and now I'll never go anywhere else. It feels great to be back in the care of this wonderful person. I recommend him to all my friends!
About Hygienist: All of Dr Jacksons staff are super friendly and caring. I really love those girls =)

i was scared of the dentist because of past dentists. but dr. jackson and his employees were so nice and gentle on my teeth! it didnt hurt one bit!

very good treatment and very nice dentist, only downside is that apointments took some time (over 1-2 months generally) from the day I made an apointment

They are the best! No pain, the most wonderful surroundings, not expensive and the staff is so friendly! I whitened my teeth with their system and have so many compliments:)
