Dr. Fitzloff was highly professional and experienced in his treatment of my denture replacement. He explained all procedures thoroughly and thoughtfully. My dental work took many months longer than originally planed, due to unforseen circumstances (not related to any of the DDS's who engaged in my case) and Dr. Fitzloff and his staff remained 100% commited to my care. It was a pleasure to work wlth Dr. Fitzloff and his staff.

About Front Desk: Five stars for caring and friendly communication and thank God for timely appointment reminders!

I had a wonderful experience and I am SO pleased with the results. My case was very complex so my dentist sent me to Dr. Fitzloff. I knew right away that I was in very capable hands. Both the Dr and his staff were very kind and professional. My treatment did not come cheap but I wasn't expecting that knowing that I was being treated by the best. Just a great experience. VERY pleased.

About Front Desk: The front dest girl was very helpful and always friendly.

I love the results of my dental treatment. The office was beautiful and his staff was extremely professional. I was referred to Dr. Fitzloff by my general dentist who felt my dental needs were too complex for him. I am thrilled with the results and and very glad that I sought the help of a specialist.

It is unfortunate that the internet serves as a forum to post such lies about a dentist and his wife as payback for being dismissed as patients. I read these reviews because a recently dismissed patient made a threat that she would "slaughter" me on this web site. I am the office manager and wife of Dr. Richard Fitzloff and would like to think that a reasonably intelligent person would recognize the lengthy negative reviews for what they are; very sour grapes by two patients who were dismissed by Dr. Fitzloff. One for chronic missed appointments and the other for stealing office property. Neither was mid treatment. They were both in the consultation phase.Their reviews are blatently slanderous and I recognized the patients immediatly. Dr. Fitzloff and I are both very professional and have a high level of integrity. Patients are treated with respect and the highest standard of care. We enjoy a wonderful reputation in the dental community and have many many terrific and very satisfied patients. I think it's resonable to dimiss a patient who misses multiple appointments or the one who steals. Wouldn't you?

I'm shocked by the extreamly negative experience I encountered with Dr. Fitzloff and his receptionist, whom I later discovered was his wife. Due to my excessive health issues, I've been to many Doctors in my life. I've never encountered a Doctor with such blatent disregard of standard medical ethics. As several others have written, his wife is out of control. This dentest dropped me as a patient in the middle of a serious mouth infection, leaving me high and dry. Why? Because his wife got angry at me over a silly issue and she called my home several times to harrass me regarding it. I wrote him a letter to tell him the problem I was having with her and asked him to call me. Instead of a personal response, he allowed his wife to respond to my letter by leaving me a phone message telling me to go elsewhere because she was Dr. Fitzloff's wife and she had read my letter which really angered her. Dr. Fitzloff's response was beyond unethical and clearly unprofessional. The doctor himself refused to call me, and didn't even bother to ask about the infection he treated me for and which had landed me in the hospital two days prior. Beware!

Dr Fitzloff's wife made my experience in his office horrible. She is unprofessional, negitive, talks down to her husband the Dr, and all this brings the stress level higher for the patient. From my first conversation with her on the telephone, and the 3 times I was in the office, the woman never smiled and her demenor carried over to the telephone, the other assistant, even the UPS person. You have to ask yoursel....and I'm paying to be treated this way???? The Dr. is very nice and I actually felt sorry for him. When you're paying someone thousands of dollars to do work on your mouth you want to have confidence in them, not feel sorry for them becasue their spouse is talking down to them... That was stressfull in it self. I think he will lose more business as long as she is his assistant, and the face people see when then come for treatment. She is very cold and seems very uncaring in her demenor.
