Dr. John Lee of Ace Family Dentistry has a problem with allowing patients to choose the color of the crowns and insists on using his selection even tho my mouth is full of a specific color of crowns from other dentists over the years. He will not give you a color chart to try to match the color u already have either. It is my teeth, I have to look at them every day, I'm paying for them, why can't I pick my color that matches what i already have?!! "No, back teeth are supposed to be yellow" he insists. This color discussion took the majority of the visit while my tooth pain was set aside and I had to go back again to address that properly!
Then temporary crowns aren't put on properly for more pain, and cracked twice the first time tried to chew. If that's not enough for pain, I wait for a whole hour in the waiting room before I'm seen! why? an appointment that was after mine came early! and that's my fault how, I was on time. my time is valuable too!! This Dr. cares more about being right and always trying to prove himself than do the work and let that prove itself. Something is wrong with him.

After nearly 10 years my dental work is still rock solid. He's a wonderful professional. I have moved away from Fresno and have gone to the dentist numerous other times and I never had any problems with the tooth he completely restored. - Claudio
