Dr Long is the greatest!!! My children and I have gone to him the whole time I have lived in Fresno and we all love him. I go to him even though my insurance doesn't pay for him any more

I've been going to Dr Long for 20 years and will not go anywhere else, ever. He gives the most painless shots possible. He is soft spoken and kind. His front office is professional and most helpful. His hygienist staff mirrors his personality, kind, helpful and professional. I cannot say enough about the experience there. I highly recommend Dr Michael Long.

The billing staff does a poor job of working within the insurance plan presented. It is their job to find out what is ALLOWED by the plan and then cater treatment to that figure. In my case, they billed what was APPROVED which is considerably more than the insurance plan will pay for. Beware. This is not the way to keep patients.

Dr. Long is the best dentist that I have found in the area. His demeanor and bedside manner are great. His staff was very friendly and I felt at ease the whole time. I would definately recommend him to anyone. He is very talented and I am happy to have found such a talented dentist with such a great staff.
