Uncomfortable environment with loud office workers that talk about the patients (not their dentistry, their personality). Payment is asked for in front of everyone, right in the waiting area. No privacy.

My teeth are in good health, so no major work has been needed, but his hygenists are extremely thorough, professional and friendly. The hygenists use latest technology, so no fear of painful work, if you feared that.
Front desk staff is very professional and friendly as well.
My teeth are in good condition, and he does not make any attempt to make me agree to work that is not necessary. So you can be sure that he's an honest guy.

Dr. Spitz is not only very knowledgeable and helpful, but he is extremely nice as well. His staff are all really friendly, and the treatment/service I have received in my first couple visits at his office have been nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend him as a dentist to anyone.
