I have been a patient for 7 years and am extremely happy with the doctors, office,, staff and treatment. I am always greeted when I enter the office and dr Polack always makes me feel at ease. I hardly felt his injections. The treatment the dr recommend was explained to me and all my questions were answered. My entire family also sees Dr Polack. a wonderful dr and office I definitely recommend to others!

I've been a patient of Dr Polacks for over 4 yrs and have always had wonderful patient care at the practice.

About Front Desk: Always helpful with insurance and very courteous

About Hygienist: The hygienists are very thorough, skilled, & friendly.

The staff and doctors were extremely helpful in explaining the treatment that I needed and the amount of time it was going to take. I appreciated all the help and understanding that I recieved. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially to those who enjoy a down to earth family establishment.

About Front Desk: the front desk was extremely knowledgeable regarding scheduling, insurance, treatment planning and fees. It was very easy to work with them!

About Hygienist: My cleaning lastest about 45 minutes, I had my teeth cleaned and then x-rays taken, which I didn't really understand at first, however the hygienist explained that they cleaned my teeth first so that the x-rays were clear and able to be read. What a great idea!

No problems until recently. Used to recommend this office to many others, BUT in the past few years, this office has become complacent. #1) Drs. often absent during scheduled cleanings. (3 times in the past 18 months! Standing appts., made 6 mos. in advance & when hygienist is done, at times dentist is absent. Hygienist states: dr. will view x-rays & call with bad news. #2) Temp Cindy, (now permanent staff) was rough during a routine cleaning & bent rim of my metal crown. She polishes teeth BEFORE scraping tartar - 3 times now. On recent x-ray, she omitted bottom half of front teeth from image! Doctors were absent from this exam. Dr. was made aware of Cindy’s habits when she was a temp. #3) Asst., Nikki, is cavalier, lacks compassion at times. Perhaps she has no crowns/bridges of her own. When such a patient has problems, she cannot relate. She questions your familiarity with your own mouth. She had this attitude on several occasions. She rolled her eyes on occasion to other coworker when patient had asked question at the front desk. She makes me feel ill at ease. These two women need retraining. Drs. Need to be present for exams. It did not used to be this way. Sadly, I no longer recommend this office.

About Front Desk: Dinah is always patient, courteous and professional. Carrie is nice too and is very helpful with financing. Sometimes there are assistants who substitute and are not as patient-friendly.

About Hygienist: Lisa and Tracy are top notch hygienists. They are gentle and kind. Lisa has recommended several different ideas to help my husband maintain his gums, including an electric toothbrush and a waterpick, which has helped to save his gums. Susie is also good, but is often has a substitute and no call is made beforehand so that the patient can reschedule. (We were offered Cindy.) Therefore, we try not to schedule with Susie.
