I have been a patient of Dr. Lenchner for 6 months. I am having extensive work done. I had 6 upper teeth pulled with bone graft by my periodontist. Dr. Lenchner fitted me with a temporary denture and he will be putting the crowns over my implants, hopefully by the summer. My denture looks and feels so good that I am constantly getting compliments on how beautiful my teeth are! He has put a crown on my lower tooth and I am going back next week for 3 inlays. Dr. Lenchner is a perfectionist. His work is that of a master craftsman. He is knowledgeable and explains everything to you. He makes you feel so comfortable with the feeling that you are in the best hands possible. I am the type of person who asks a million questions. He never gets annoyed. He is so confident in what he is doing and he explains everything and puts you at ease. He is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Very down to earth. His staff is amazing. His assistant, Martha is so nice. She makes you feel at ease with her calming demeanor. His receptionist, Cathy is so nice and always has a smile on her face. The total feel of the office is very warm and friendly. Overall, I have to say I am confident that I have found the best prosthodontist in NYC!

About Front Desk: Cathy, the receptionist is so nice. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel so comfortable. She is the preview of what to expect when meeting Dr. Lenchner and the rest of his staff!

I recommend Dr. Lenchner to others because he is the best. Dr. Lenchner has consistenly gone well above and beyond to listen to me and respond to my many requests regarding treatment. During the past five (5) years, I have had extensive work completed. I am very happy and content with each and every thing he had done. During Storm Sandy, I had surgery for dental implants where there used to be front teeth . Dr. Lenchner was there to support me. He placed individual and beautiful crowns over the implants. I was more than anxious and nervous about having a good presentation when I smiled. I was woried about the poor work done by previous dentists. To make it short, my experience with Dr. Lenchner was a complete success. Dr. Lenchner restored my smile and I am very grateful. Not only is my smile esthetically beautiful, but the bite is right, the teeth are strong, I can chew, and they look real. This dentist is fantastic!

About Front Desk: Insurance is taken care of in an expeditious and proficient manner. I do not have do anything. Scheduling is consistent and done in pleasant, friendly manner. Communication lines are alway open.

About Hygienist: I have had my teeth cleaned every three (3) months in order to maintain the benefits of gum surgery back in 1992. The hygenist is excellent. I say this because my gums remain healthy, I still have my teeth, they are clean and white, and she does the cleaning in a gentle, yet very thorough way.

Dr. Lenchner is an absolute professional, caring, compassionate, perfectionist and a really nice guy! I'm so happy to have found Dr. Lenchner after going through a nightmare experience of shoddy work performed by another dentist in the Glendale area. Dr. Lenchner has worked with me to correct the previous problems I had - he has placed new crowns and onlays, had corrected my bite, fabricated a mouth guard for my TMJ issues and clenching habit, and corrected old poor-quality bonding work. All of his work has been done perfectly with no problems at all. His assistant, Martha, is great and very professional and caring. I have experienced absolutely no pain during or after any of the work performed by Dr. Lenchner. He absolutely wants his patients to be happy and he will work with you to do whatever he can to assure that outcome. The work he performs is of the highest quality and you'd be hard-pressed to find another dentist of the same caliber in the area. If you want the highest quality work performed correctly the first time around in a professional, calm, compassionate atmosphere with all of the most up-to-date equipment and practices, then look no further, you will get all of that and more in Dr. Lenchner's practice

About Front Desk: Cathy at the front desk is one of the nicest most helpful individuals you will ever come across. She is very helpful in scheduling your appointments and in dealing with your insurance company and submitting the required forms and documentation for you. She is always very accommodating and professional, as well as very kind and sweet!

About Hygienist: Krystyna is the most thorough, yet gentle, hygenist I have ever been to. She is very nice, caring, congenial and professional and does a great job! Your teeth will feel and look great when she is done. She is very conscientious in her work and documents things that need to be tracked and watched for the future for the best possible care and outcome for her patients.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lenchner and his staff. I have had lots of dental work done over the years, and none of it has been totally successful. Dr. Lenchner has changed all of that. Dr. Lenchner is consummate professional who does spectacular work. My teeth have never felt or looked so good. I have given him and his staff four stars only because there is no column for more. On top of his superb skill, Dr. Lenchner is kind, compassionate and a really nice guy. I recommend him without reservation.

About Front Desk: Barbara is simply terrific. She is helpful, knowledgable and always cheerful. The rest of the staff is equally good.

Adele G. I am a patient of Dr. Lenchner's for 24 years. He has made crowns and veneers for me. To this day,I receive many compliments on how beautifut and natural looking my veneers are!! I consider Dr. Lenchner to be the "Rembrandt of Dentistry!!!!! He is personable, honest, caring and last but not least a "perfectionist". His assistant, hygienist and office staff are very accommondating and very professuinal.

I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Lenchner’s patient for over 10 years. I was congenitally missing a front tooth and was very apprehensive about the aesthetic result. I am happy to say that in addition to being an incredibly skilled prosthodontist, Dr. Lenchner is caring and compassionate. When you are in his chair it is as though no one else matters. He is not happy unless you are happy. I look forward to all of my visits to his office and recommend all my friends and family to him without reservation. Cathy at the front desk is a gem, his assistant Martha is always friendly and comforting and his hygienist Krystyna gives the most thorough cleaning you’ve ever experienced. Best of all, the beautiful teeth he delivered me are still in perfect condition fifteen years later.
