I used to love this dentist and his staff but for the past couple of years they don't seem to care about anything anymore. They never return phone calls and I have been unable to get a final treatment plan for work that began more than a year ago. They promised to submit my treatment plan, etc to the insurance company and never did. When I asked why they didn't, the dentist told me they don't do that anymore. Now I have to find someone to finish the work he started and am struggling to get my records from them. This is crazy. Dental work is tough enough without all this added angst and aggrivation.

Dr. Silken is great. He is friendly, honest, and does not try to get you to do extra things you don't need. He really cares about his work and does an excellent job....it is definately worth the money. Everytime I go to someone in network they mess something up and I end up having to go back to him away...so the saying is true you get what you pay for!

I have been a patient of Dr. Silken for 25+ years. During that time I have referred relatives, friends and co-workers; without exception they raved about his skills and attention. Even more telling, every one I referrred is still a patient. He explains the procedures and alternatives thoroughly and is mindful of the long term benefits and drawbacks of the different procedures. He's a gem.
