Dr. Glennon is honest, caring, and genuine. He gets to know his patients and truly cares about their lives. I have been going to him for about 15 years and would never consider going anywhere else. He is detail oriented and trustworthy. I highly recommend this dentist!

He rushes and doesn't listen. When you walk in his dirty disorganized office your'e ignored as he and his staff yak to each other. His dental work on me was lousy and he dismissed my complaints about pain i was having that his worked caused. He doesn't seem at all concerned with the patient. I also believe he makes up work to do even if you don't need it. I had to switch to Glennon from my former dentist because Glennon accepted my changed health ins. I had gone to my former dentist for 20 years and over those 20 years he only found a few cavities. Well In the 6 months i've gone to Glennon he claims to have found 5 cavities! He left my mouth a mess and i had no choice but to go back to my former dentist and pay cash to correct Glennons awful work! My former dentist took x-rays on me a few months before i ever met Glennon and i had NO cavities. He said theres no way i developed 5 cavities in 6 mo. In my opiniom Glennon is a butcher and a quack! He blasted holes in perfactly good teeth and left me in awful pain that was costly to have someone else fix!

The office is a disorganized mess. The front desk has piles upon piles of papers covering it, there are charts open for everyone to see. The waiting area is in complete dissarray. My most recent visit to Dr Glennon was the worst dental experiance I have ever had. He seemed rushed to the extent that he did not have time for me, he never talks about what he is doing to put you at ease. I don't feel like the novacaine he gave me was adequate, because there were a few times during the procedure where whatever he was doing was extremely painfull, and the response I got after being visiblly in pain was "Hold on, I'm almost done." Needless to say, I'm looking for a new dentist.

His office is very messy and smells. The front desk has paperwork everywhere.

The guy is rude, uncaring, poor at explaining to you the repercussions of your treatment, and really doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I had a cavity done, and it seemed like it was his first time doing it. Pain afterwards is unbearable for 3 weeks. He is that arrogant, condescending, cynic, that would so much rather be on the country club than doing fillings. I put up with his antics for 3 years because I didn't feel like going through the work to find a new dentist, but I'm done and will definitely be looking elsewhere now. He has a real sketchy office in some house on Sheridan that hasn't been updated since 1985.

Worst dental facility I've ever been to - Hygienist wanted to use opened steril package on me, had to stop her from doing that, then she dug the film into my gums. She also picked up the dental floss she was going to use on me with her bare hands. Dr. Glennon never introduced himself to me when he entered the room, still wearing the surgical mask from his last patient. Without looking in my mouth told me I needed a root canal - and other proceedures. After further discussion only needed a filling. Then on he exam - he chipped my tooth. Front desk person was a joke, not organized at all. Two days later I recieved a bill from them with mutiple things crossed off and one thing circled - no note attached - I suppose this means I need to pay this amount - thats just a guess. NEVER go to this guy - don't waist your time or money on him!!
About Hygienist: Horrible - don't let this woman near your mouth - she wants to use opened sterile packages on you - is very aggressive in placing the films in her mouth, digging them into your gums. She also forgot to save the xrays she took of my mouth so she had to retake them. Her cleanning was substandard - taking only 10 minutes (my last hygenist took 20 minutes and was very gentle). Also she is a dentist want to be - telling me what my exrays said - isn't that the dentist 's job?!?!

I went to this Dentist over a 2 yr. period after transferring in from out of town. I was very displeased with my experience. They were expensive, out of touch with patient care as I told them I had pain in my back teeth and they brushed it off. After leaving them when they dropped several heavy pieces of equipment on my head with no apology I ended up going to another Dentist in the area and found I needed a root canal by that time. I would not recommend this Dentist at all.
