Fairly happy with the service however, currently go to another dentist as i moved

Refused to explain a suspicious charge he made on my account that the insurance declined to cover. I still do not know exactly what the charge was for but it is definitely something that was not necessary and was never discussed with me. When I asked for an explanation before I pay it, he and the manager refused to explain and sent the bill to a collection agency without warning. The manager also refused to explain whether the service was necessary but she said that the dentist takes impressions of the teeth of all patients during their first visit so that he can look at the impressions in his office. At the time f my first visit, I had not even decided whether to become a patient in that office and this service/charge was never discussed with me and it was possibly for the implant that the dentist refused to continue to work on. I see on the web that other patients had similar suspicious charges made by this dentist.

About Front Desk: The manager-nurse is incredibly rude. She made numerous mistakes on my insurance claims, the insurance company informed of that, and when the company called her to ask questions on the missing information, she refused to talk to them saying each time she was busy. The claim took half an year to resolve and she kept blaming the insurance company. When I asked for an explanation on what seemed to me to be a fraudulent charge on my bill, she could not explain, the dentist refused to talk to me and explain, and they sent that bill to the collection agency without any warning or explanation.
