I had work performed by Dr. Ronia Baker and it came out really good. I had 6 veneers done with her and they look just like if they were my own teeth. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the only dentist I actually feel comfortable with. She is extremely nice and caring.

I went to Beautiful Smiles in North Miami and was seen by Dr. Ronia Baker. She was very professional, gentle, and courteous. I had two dental implants done with her that look great! I couldn't ask for more. I did not feel any pain during procedure. I would recommend anyone to be seen by Dr. Baker. My experience overall was EXCELLENT! She has been one of the best dentists ive been too!

DO NOt go to this office. Very very dishonest. they will make you pay ahead before treatment is done and overcharge you. My insurance CIGNA actually has 3 fraudelent claims against this dentist who overcharged and made false claims. Horrible office

My family went to Dr. Baker's offices because of insurance coverage listing her as a provider. We never actually met Dr. Baker but had other dentists assigned through her. My first dentist wasn't employed there when I returned to implement the treatment plan although she administered the whitening treatment which was very painful! The second dentist seemed more competent but it took at least an hour to reshape, fit and install a bridge that had been cast at a previous appointment. My jaw ached for days afterward. Because of the difficulty in properly fitting the bridge, it was installed with a temporary adhesive. This dentist said he would revise my treatment plan. When I called for my next appointment about 3 months later, I was told Dr. Baker's office no longer accepted our insurance. Even with insurance, the procedure seemed to be very expensive. My husband Dr. Baker's offices ( & dentists) for a cleaning and consultation. He was neither impressed nor disappointed with his dentist there but he did not start treatment prior to their change in insurance policy. I'm sorry I started with this dental group and suppose I will need to pay the next dentist to permanently affix the bridge.

Initially when I walked into the office the atmosphere is uncomfortable. Then I met with Dr. Baker, and she was not very pleasant. She does not have a good bedside manner. She did explain what she would have to do, but I was not comfortable at all. She is rude to her assistant, which also made me uncomfortable. In addition, she went back and forth between me and another patient. I felt like she was not concentrating on me. Just trying to work on as many patients as possible. I was not in any pain just very uncomfortable with the atmosphere, dentist, and situation. After I decided to stop going to Dr. Baker, I asked her office for the x-rays. Over the phone they were very compliant, but when I got there, they only wanted to give one of the many x-rays she took. I paid $15 for the x-rays and did not receive all that was owed to me. I would not recommend Dr. Baker to anyone. The whole experience was unpleasant.

Dr Ronia Baker was pleasant and very thorugh in her observation and analysis of my problem

I was told I would be charged only for the cleaning I had the appointment for and they charged me for X-ray's & exam. Would not adjust bill when I called to straighten this out. Would NOT recommed her to anyone.

Dr baker is very nice and professional. I was very fearfull of dentists and she did a great job in comforting me . I felt no pain and she worked with me even though I could not afford the treatment at once. Her staff is also very nice and compassionate. She is very gentle and honest and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
