Dr. Pfeffer is very personable and professional. He does not try to push unnecessary treatments, while doing a thorough job. Also, he takes the time to explain everything that is being done.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Pfeffer is friendly and makes the atmosphere comfortable. Very through. Front desk reception is extreamly friendly, kind, and prompt.
I can't comment on cost my insurance covers me. However for items not covered I received a nice little discount.

he is one of the few dentists that also provide the actual cleaning - not a hygenist. I highly recommend Dr. Pfeffer!

I picked his name out of the insurance hat, and I am very pleased with the results. He has a great demeanor, and does not try to excessively upsell as many dentists do these days. I have a bonding on my front tooth that has lasted roughly 20 years, and am thinking of veneers, but Dr. Pfeffer explained the options and told me that he personally would stick with the bonding if I am currently happy.
I would definitely recommend the doctor.

Dr. Pfeffer is very friendly and kind. Always greets me with a smile. I never have to wait too long for my appointment and he is quick but thorough.

I went in for a routine cleaning, and was told after about a 2 minute examination that my teeth were perfect, in fact I "brush too well". This is clearly not true, and then I also found out later that he had charged the insurance company for a different (and more expensive) procedure. Don't know if that was incompetence, negligence, or fraud, but I don't plan to return.
