The office is very welcoming! I had very little wait time,the staff is informative and friendly. They have the latest in technology. Dr. Santilli does wonderful work. Over all they have a great staff and a great office.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff are very nice and seem so organized.
About Hygienist: They hyginest was so nice and my teeth feel so great every time i leave the office.

I have had only two (2) dentist my entire life. The first was Dr. Richard Santilli (Dr. Jeffrey P. Santilli's father) and Dr. Jeffrey P. Santilli.
Dr. Jeffrey Santilli is great!! Soft spoken, knowledgeable, caring, and a perfectionist .
I have had several crowns done. When he has mentioned that he would recommend a crown, I did it and glad I did.
He was top in his class at The Ohio State University in implants. He has placed several implants for my mother - and she looks great!
About Front Desk: The Staff at the front desk are always smiling, and helpful.
About Hygienist: The hygienist are good. I love having my teeth clean!

Dr. Santilli is very professional. He is a little quiet but he is a nice doctor and he is out for the best interest of his clients. I was thrilled to find a professional dentist with state of the art equipment --only the best for him! (We get the benefits of that)
I have had all kinds of work done by him including a bridge and several crowns. Top quality is the only way to describe Dr. Santilii.
He has always let me pay on a payment plan with no complaints. Makes me want to pay him off first!

I love this place! Their office is so relaxing, they are super nice, and they give you the remote the minute you are in the chair! One time they even gave me a steaming, scented towel at the end of my cleaning. I felt pampered! They are also great with my kids, especially Amy. She is really sweet.

Dr. Santilli seems to have good hands for fixing teeth but lacks in personality. He hardly says two words and doen't inform you of procedures when doing them. His silence makes you extremely uncomfortable. The office is too fancy and seems more like a stuffy law office. Dr Santilli charges way too much for standard dental procedures. (Probably to pay for his fancy environment).
