I started going to Dr. Lee after one of my mother's friends recommended him. I am so glad that she recommended him, because if she hadnt I might not have received the same great service and unbelievable staff. When you first start going to a new orthodontist, dentist, doctor, or whatever, you may become nervous because they dont explain what they plan on doing very well, but Dr. Lee always kept me informed about what he was doing to my mouth, what was going on in the payment plan and what my responsibilities during the process would be. I was glad that I always knew what was going to be put in my mouth and when it would be done.
Dr. Lee and his staff always made me feel welcome and their service was great. They gave me tips to help me through the almost pain free process. I was expecting to have a painful time trying to get though braces because my friends were constantly complaining about the pain they were going through, but I was surprised that I felt almost no pain. I was also surprised at how fast he was able to straighten my teeth. When he told me what he would have to do (spacers, expander on top and bottom, braces, then retainer) I thought it would take forever, but it didn't. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee!
