FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!! I went to dr. Patel to have veneer replaced. I had a solid tooth that the vaneer had discolored somewhat. He recommended a crown as a more permanent solution. I noticed there was a lot of intense grinding during the procedure and grabbed a mirror to see what was taking place and to my shock my entire tooth was ground down to the gumline. I've had two crowns prior by a different dentist and never had the procedure done in this fashion. Instead of installing a stud in the root canal he simply cemented a office made crown with maybe a 1/8 inch tip on the crown to insert and cement into the root. It didn't last long before breaking off. Bacteria set up under the crown and i had to have an oral surgeon extract my front tooth. I went from a solid tooth to an extraction within a year. Now i m forced to wear a partial until i can afford an implant. Find another dentist before you have a serious problem like my experience.

Dr Patel is extremely good when it comes to making you feel comfortable. I had 2 fillings and a crown done. He was very gentle but the procedure did not take as long as i thought it would. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a happy visit:)
