About Front Desk: Professional, helpful and fast. Reminders about appointment = 2.

About Hygienist: His Chair side was excellent, she explained all and made me feel comfortable. Give her a pay raise :)>

HORRIBLE DENTIST! NEVER GO HERE! This man is a terrible practitioner. He does not notify patients about procedures performed that are not covered by insurance. He takes x-rays that are not covered by insurance and performs a type of filling that most insurances don't cover WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE PATIENT. Wait time is insanely long. I recently got a filling from him and he gave me the novocain and left me in the room for 45 minutes before performing the procedure. The novocain wore off half way through. He does not explain any of the procedures he performs and does not even check if his referrals are in your network. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Worst dental experience of my life, complete lack of communication regarding treatment, was asked to pay $1,200 up front for treatment which had yet to be confirmed? On day of surgery on terribly infected gums, waited for 1 1/2 hours before seeing dentist, was in the dental chair for a further 5 hours!! Extremely painfulproceedure, should NOT have been concious during such work? Bridge was cemented in incorrectly by dental assistant (not Dr) whixh left a gap in my front teeth, Dr.then filled it in which left me with the look of One Big tooth at the front? I was then told they needed the chair,& asked me to reschedule despite the fact i was booked on a plane the following day (which they know) I explained that i could'nt re-schedule, was told to wait in waiting room, in severe pain, untill DR. did a crown on someone else? which i did,2 hours later the Dr. came out & said he was leaving?he began to argue with me that it looked fine? and verbally attack me, saying that the other Bridge my formar dentist had done did not even look like teeth that they looked like "chickletts"? He laughed at me critizied the appearence of my teeth when i came in. I begged him to fix it before i left, he accused me of lying, demanding to see my ticket?

About Hygienist: I was then asked to leave, i asked for my money back, he agreed (in writing) to refund it the next day, which he did not, instead he emailed me a letter, attempting to blackmail me into not telling anyone know how i had been treated, in exchange for my money? 2 days later, my face is very swollen, my gums are black, and i am still in pain, he has refused me any pain meds. or antibiotics to this time! Please please be very careful if going to this dentist, as they all seemed very nice when i first came there. This has been a real horror story, and i now havto travel like this. I also lost another $300 because i hadto re-schedule my flight today! Beware!!

Dr. Colleran is efficient and knows what he is doing. He is very friendly and makes the atmosphere warm and cheerful.
