Dr. Jones is an amazing dentist with a great chair side manner. He is kind, caring, and very skilled. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking care in the Nashville metro area.

Crowns keep coming out. They refuse to repair. I would not recommend this office for anything.

I began to see Dr. Jones when his former partner Dr. McPherson moved across town and opened up a West End Office. I feel Dr. Jones is very good at working with you to perfect problems with your teeth. If I have had an occasional problem with something he has done, he has always been quick to schedule a visit and correct the problem at little or no additional cost. I find his work comparable to his predecessor, though he is younger and will occassionally have to work on a tooth more than once to perfect bite, etc.
Staff and facilities are top notch and prices are at market for the hermitage area. (perhaps on the high end of the Hermitage area market for a full crown). I would recommend Dr. Jones to anyone who wishes to be painfree during a procedure.

I went to his old partner who passed away. So I inherited Dr. Jones. I had a filling replaced and it never seemed to get better. I had to have my filling removed multiple times and get a medicated filling. I was never out of pain. I saw him 5 times. He sent me for a root canal. I went for a second opinion and saw a dentist that a co-worker went to. He just put a new filling in and it worked just fine!! I do not recommend Dr. Jones
