Procedures: appliance Pain: extreme due to having to have taken on and off over and over again. Bleeding was involved. Cost: a lttle higher than average Billing: fine Insurance: accepted Chair-side manners: could have been a lot better. Others in the office shouldn't be treating children due to not handling a child properly when in pain. Front desk: always nice

not a lot of communication, always feel like an outsider, like we had to make the first effort of communication. Reminded several times when a payment was coming due.

Dr. Mortenson has a done a great job with straightening my teenage sons teeth, He is worth the drive since i live in mesa and he is in gilbert.
