Have never been to the office but had an appointment scheduled for my niece which was cancelled the day of the appointment because "it should have never been scheduled because there were no dentists in the office that day". Office staff was not very concerned about cancelling at last minute. It is very upsetting when you have already taken the day off work.

I had terrible expreience in the past with dentists, so I had avoided going for several years. I became Dr Shields' patient after an insurance change. She has done a wonderful job not only with me and my spouse, but my son as well. She takes time with all of us, and is always pleasant and upbeat. Her staff always has the same positive attitude and demeanor.
