He is unprofessional and money hungry. He claims he fixed my teeth and yet a few years later I still have problems with the same teeth I PAID to have fixed. When I went back he said I would need to pay for the services all over again. Why should ANYONE have to pay twice for a dentist to fix a tooth. He should have done it right the first time. The one tooth was capped and the cap fell out not even 3 years later. I do NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. My teeth hurt so bad right now and I paid dr Ireland so much money for them to be fixed. I'm having bad anxiety about this. I hate when people get over on me and this is what he did!!!!!
About Front Desk: kinda rude and they acted like they were helping me but they charged me for an exam but I didn't get exammed. This office cant be trusted. they are robbers in my opinion. If you pay for a service then you should receive the service you paid for.. I feel sick to my stomach after dealing with this office.
About Hygienist: watched tv for 10 minutes while I had my mouth open waiting for her to put the cap back in.

Wow, what a surprise I had a really bad looking front tooth that was shorter and crocked. The Doctor told me what my options were and what I choose was middle of the road price wise. People tell me that know me that they can't tell at all and they say
I look younger and more confident. I sure feel more confident when smiling and meeting people. The cost was reasonable and and the was little to no pain on both my visits. The Doctor was very nice in person and even made me feel comfortable with some kind conversation. I would reccomend this Dr. to anyone.

This dentist performed a root canal on me - I've had root canals before and was never in the amount of pain that I endured over two sessions with this dentist. The office charged me $75 for a root canal that was 100% covered by my insurance. The insurance company called him and he told them that it was because of his expensive, hi-tech equipment and that he had me sign a paper agreeing to the overcharge. None of this is true and they refused to refund the money. Dr. Ireland and the vast majority of his staff were incredibly rude and the language they used was completely unprofessional. Finally, after explaining that we would file a complaint with the ADA and the Insurance Commissioner, the office manager agreed to refund the $75. She asked us to come back at 8:30 Monday morning (5 days later). When we did, she was not there, the check was not there and they called the police on us because we said we were not leaving without the check. Now we have to waste a lot of time and file a civil complaint to get our $75 back that we never should have been charged to begin with. NEVER use this dentist!

Despite being Dr. Ireland's patient for two years he failed to properly investigate pain in my molar that later turned out to be a cracked tooth. Eventhough I complained of exreme pain he relied solely on xrays that did not turn up the crack since it was between my teeth. Even when my family doctor prescribed pain medication he continued to speak vaguely about the causes of pain making me feel that he did not believe that I was in pain at all.

where does one start? Very rude customer service, very , very questionable billing practices, inflated prices. Now I know why there were never patients waiting to see him when I was there. Constantly tries to push products such as Invisiline and teeth bleaching.

This dentist is not gentle at all. I go for a cleaning and I am in pain for the rest of the day. If your appointment is at 1pm don't schedule anything for the rest of the day he might come on time he might not he might even cancel. I had work done that still hurts from months ago. I am in search for a dentist to fix the work that has already been completed. Also I have teeth which have always been in good condition. Good luck if you decide to choose him. I used to love the dentist.
