I went to Dr. Dorn for the first time. The office was clean and modern with good equipment. The office help was pleasant. The doctor seemed very competent, very pleasant, willing to discuss the various issues, and overall, very nice. He did a good job diagnosing all the problems in my mouth. I hope to go back and continue with this dentist.

He made me feel at ease and explained everything. However, made me go to multiple appts (weekly) when he could of done it all in one shot? maybe because he didn't want to cause too much pain all at once, or maybe because of billing? Overall experience was good. Location is convenient and I never waited for an appt very long. Facilities were average. Would recommend to friends/family
About Hygienist: She was good. Very clean and professional.

Dr. Dorn is personable, at times has a sense of humor. He is always courteous and polite. He has taken care of my teeth for about 10 years, and they look great.

Dr. Dorn has a great professional manner combined with a firm treatment. Anesthesia was completely painless, he has a great hand when injecting.
This is a non-frills dental practice but prices are moderate, so at least you know that you are not paying for the decor, although the equipment is starting to look a bit worn around the edges.
I trust him completely to do only the treatment that is absolutely necessary and that is why I am very satisfied seeing him.

I highly recommend Dr. Dorn. I was skeptical at first; I needed someone in an emergency and I picked a dentist in my neighborhood. I have to admit I was super-hesitant when I was put in an examining room full of kitchy Disney memorabilia. I lucked out. Dr. Dorn treated my emergency like I was a lifelong patient. He gave me the most careful and successful shot of Novocaine I've ever had, and he is reasonable and had a great attitude toward good dentistry for everyone and has a very lenient emergency policy. (Have a problem? Hel'll fit you in before noon the next day.) If you're looking for spa facilities (is that really what you want in a dentist?) look elsewhere, but for a smart, caring, super-well-trained and up-to-date dentist who is flexible with insurance programs, etc. go to Dr. Dorn.

My experience at Dr. Dorn's practice was the most scary, uncomfortable, and just plain, horrible dental experience I have ever had. I only saw the actual dentist for about 10 seconds. The cleaning was horrendous...it was done in a tiny dusty room filled with disney figurines covered in dust. There wasn't even anywhere to put my coat and bag...i had to put it on a bucket on the floor. The room was dirty, and the hygienist did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. It was the most painful cleaning I have ever had, AND she only completed the cleaning on the bottom teeth...never even touched the top...I guess she ran out of time?

I had an emergency wisdom tooth problem, and Dr. Dorn was very helpful, especially with scheduling appointments and follow up appointments that were just a few days apart, rather than weeks.
