I went to Dr Mark Coulter for just the standard teeth cleaning. Pamela, the office manager told me that the dentist has to see me first. I said OK, Dr. Coulter was cold and perfunctory, did not give me any explanations and left after less than 3 minutes. He charged me for an office visit AND for a comprehensive evaluation. Olga, the hygienist took over. She never informed me that she will administer mouthwash and for that mouthwash there will be a substantial charge. Mouthwash is routine to most cleaning I had done, nevertheless they charged me for it without informing me. Olga, the hygienist, also wanted to prescribe me antibiotics!!
Overall a very poor experience.
When I contacted the office manager she was not responsive.

Dr. Coulter is absolutey amazing. He not only is caring and knowlegdeable but also took the time to explain why the implant would be my best option and why the particular implant system he uses is the best on the market. I have recommended him already and will continue to do so in the future.

Dr. Coulter is most wonderful person in the world! he put on my daughters braces and did my implant! I would trust him with my whole family and my two year old.
