My parents have been seeing Dr. Fundaminsky since before I was born. I didn’t myself until I graduated from my initial pediatric dentist and may I say that, and although I haven’t been the most diligent at times, it is always an absolute pleasure to visit Dr. Fundaminsky! The continual and tireless interest he and his whole staff show in learning, exploring, and furthering dentistry is beyond encouraging and downright inspiring to me. When I leave his office, I feel like I’ve just spoken about music with Stravinsky, discussed film with Tarkovsky, or literature with…(insert famous Russian writer here) Excuse the silly Russian references, the point is that I feel like I’m in the company of a master! He is so incredibly passionate about his work and so interested in creative and enlightened forms of dental method and practice.
I’ve never felt compelled to ‘review’ anything publicly in my life, but I think Dr. Fundaminsky deserves his name shouted from rooftops! The loveliest of people, the very best in dentistry and an all around heartwarming experience in a normally sterile and clinical (to some) situation.
As I say, my family has been with Dr. Fundaminsky my whole life and I absolutely intend to keep it that way!!!

I have been throughout a lot of dentist in LA, but Dr. Fundaminsky is simply the best doctor in LA! You are luck if you met him.
His methods are unique , his knowledge is unmeasurable , he is highly skilled , his root canals are work of art , he is paying attention to every little detail, he is responsible and honest.
His cosmetic work is fabulous and 200% better then any other dentist in Beverly Hills.
I highly recommend this " pure treasure doctor " to anyone in a world . You will never be disappointed!

Dr. Fundminsky is our family dentist for over 10 years. He is obviously a perfectionist and at the very top of his profession, continuously mastering all the new techniques available, including, for instance, implants and bone grafts. For the latter he was recently licensed, which opens certain additional opportunities in terms of insurance coverage. At the same time, he would never suggest a procedure that is unnecessary. The scheduling with his office is easy and flexible, and waiting time, typically, within 15 minutes. He is very attentive to the needs of his patients, very articulate in explaining the meaning of the procedures. He and his stuff demonstrate truly friendly attitude and are pleasant to deal with. His services are definitely worthy of a rather long commute that we take to his office (from Orange County). I recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.

He doesn't like to do root canals, because it's cheap. He'd better do some crowns or implants. And he will show you your treatment plan later, when there's no way back. In my case, when I asked him to do a cleaning, he trimmed away my upper front tooth in order to make a four tooth bridge in the future. I had to leave LA next day and left with plastic tooth. Obviously, I didn't plan to make any crowns or get a "hollywood smile" in two days of my stay in LA. I just wanted to get a consultation and general cleaning at most.
Be careful, don't make my mistake. On the initial consultation he asked for deposit of $4,000 "in order to feel himself like a real dentist". Now he is not going to refund it, obviously. I can proof that he is a swindler.
About Hygienist: He is kind of hygienist too. All inclusive for your money.

Dr. Fundaminsky corrected several problems with my teeth and jaw. Foremost, he corrected a root canal which left me with a "click" in my jaw for several years - and the cap kept falling out and had to be "re-glued" several times by my former dentist. Dr. Fundaminsky corrected the "click", fixed my cap, saved two teeth from being "ground" down to nothing, and repaired a crack in another tooth. My bite is correct now, and my mouth and teeth feel "normal". I can chew my food. Absolutely fantastic. So happy to find him and utilize his expertise -- a blessing in this world of mediocrity. I did an internet search for Beverly Hills dentists because I had heard they are the best, and after visiting the website of Dr. Fundaminsky, I was convinced to give him a try. Every other dentist I had gone to about my painful upper back tooth had told me I needed a root canal, but Dr. Fundaminsky examined and x-rayed my tooth and told me I did not need a root canal at all. I was delighted to find out that he only performs root canals when there is no other option available. Now my tooth is fixed, the pain is gone, and I saved a ton of money and a lot of discomfort not having to have another root canal.
I cannot help but wonder if many of my past root canals by other dentists were even necessary. I am happy to say that Dr. Fundaminsky really knows his business and is not out just to make money off of his patients.

I have been Dr. Fundaminsky's patient for thirty years, and I wouldn't dream of changing. I tend to neglect my teeth, but Dr. Fundaminsky is so brilliant that I have only lost one tooth. This is amazing because I am 58 and most of my friends have complete dentures or implants - and they are terribly envious that I still have my own teeth. I always tell them I wouldn't have a tooth left in my head except that Fundaminsky is so brilliant and patient. He does everything he can to make sure you keep your own teeth, and the older one grows the more you appreciate how wonderful that is - especially as all your friends are having their teeth yanked out! He is not cheap - but high quality work is not cheap - and his work lasts much longer, without problems, than any dentist I have ever been to. I tell my friends I never have to worry about my teeth because Dr. Fundaminsky does all the worrying for me!

Dr. Fundaminsky has been my dentist for thirty years. and I have recommended him to many friends, all of whom were delighted with his work. If you are scared of going to the dentist, Dr. Fundaminsky is the man for you. He is always asking if you are in pain, and if you say you are HE DOES SOMETHING TO STOP THE PAIN! What could be better than that? I never have to worry about my teeth because he does all the worrying for me. In addition he is the kindest and gentlest man I know, and I actually look forward to going to the dentist because he is such a wonderful human being. He is not cheap but his work is beautiful and it lasts - I'm always getting compliments on my smile! Only once did I try another dentist (also in Beverly Hills) and it was a disaster! I was left in terrible pain and the work he did was awful. I went back to Dr. Fundaminsky and he stopped my pain - fixed my teeth - and I have never thought of going to another dentist since that time. I cannot recommend him highly enough in every area of dentistry, because in thirty years he has done almost everything possible to me, and always with excellent care. The result is that I'm 58 and still have almost all my own teeth - due entirely to this marvelous man!
About Hygienist: Dr. Fundaminksy is almost a fanatic about hygiene - of both himself, his staff and his office, making it a truly worry free environment.
