the waiting area is small and cramped. when you go to the exam / operating room, it's 5 dental chairs in the same room -- you can see and hear what everyone else is having done. the staff doesn't communicate with you if you don't speak spanish. instead they gesture if they need you to do something. the doctor did not greet me or even really speak to me at all during the consultation. i think the only things i heard from her were turn and open wider. **BEWARE** she refused to do denal work on me (a few fillings) until i get a deep cleaning. i got a second opinion and was told that she was not thinking of my best interest, a cleaning was most certainly not necessary to be performed prior to having cavities filled and that she was really only thinking of the $$. I will NEVER go there again.
