dr. de vigne recomended a procedure that had all ready been done. when my insurance would cover the root canal but not the crown, we postponed the crown. I was billed for a crown that I never got, and sent to collections. I still have a temporary, and am shopping for a new dentist.

Dr. de Vigne and his staff are very thorough in terms of treatment and very cordial in terms of customer service. They take the time to actually explain what the heck is going on. Dr. de Vigne even personally calls the next day to make sure things are all going as planned.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. de Vigne. Let him know that Chad ( a long time patient who has had multiple procedures done with him) recommended his services and he'll put on a genuine smile exceeded only by the one you'll show upon leaving his office! :>)

Dr De Vigne is using extremely outdated instruments and reuses sanitation bags. He has been known to keep patients in the chair for 4 hours for a 1.5 hour procedure. He cannot keep staff, there is a new assistant everytime I've been there. I would not go back. He means well, but needs continuing education. My new Dr. is great, professional, does a really good job.
