Went to Dr. Orcah-Tettah for a crown. So much blood and pain. The crown was not measured properly. The metal of the crown is showing through. It looks like I have a cavity. The doctor tells me this is normal. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a crown prep & crown done. The first crown didnt fit, but she tried to ram it in my face anyway, causing pain and bleeding. I had to come back again after she had another one made from the same mold, which didnt fit either. She cauterized my gum and drilled away parts of other teeth to try make it fit, which was pointless, as it didnt work. it was after all of this that she finally just took another mold for the 3rd crown, which i had suggested after the 1st one didnt fit. The 3rd one fit better than the others, but still wasnt right. however, she decided to put it on and then drill away at it after it was on. It was a horrible experience, my gums bled, and i was given no numbing agents, i was just told to spit the blood out throughout the procedure. I told her how much it was hurting me but she said/did nothing. After all of that is still does not feel right. She doesn't seem willing to fix it, and says i will get used to it. My gums are swollen after a week. I will have go elsewhere to have it fixed, despite already paying out of pocket. I would not recommend this dentist to others.

About Hygienist: She was rude and dismissive. You can tell her that she is hurting you and she will ignore you. She does not answer questions. If you're in pain because of something that is done incorrectly, then that's your problem, not hers, and nothing will be done about it. She often leaves the room when you're asking questions.

She is very understanding and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended and I have only seen her once. Very easy to get an appt as well.

We go to Dr. Miller for all of our regular dental checkups. My only complaint is that every time we need a tooth pulled, she sends us to another dentist so I assume she does not do extractions at all. Dr. Miller and her staff are pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend her office.
