When I went to Dr. Bayes's office I had been seeing a different dentist for several years. Dr. Bayes was able to find my sources of pain and treat them pain free. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. The facilities were spotless and comfortable. The office staff was very helpful in finding my insurance coverage and were friendly and upbeat. The scheduling of this office is organized and I only waited a few minutest to be seen. I have already recommended Dr. Bayes and his staff to several of my friends in Weston, and they have all been more than satisfied!

I had fillings done by the Dr. He works well and is very thorough. His office is clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff who make the experience easy going.

About Front Desk: Superb! Very helpful, fun and all around nice ladies!

About Hygienist: Super nice, she works fast, but does well in her cleanings.

Completely incompetent. Extremely frugal in the equipment he uses and has very little patience with patients' discomfort. He would grunt and get annoyed when my mouth would close because it was tired. He missed serious issues with my teeth because he was too frugal and miserly to take more current x-rays and rather used ones taken many many months ago. Maybe its because he is racist against Hispanics, I really don't know. In any case, don't let the prices fool you. This place is very very bad. Just take a look at the equipment they use. Not even a computer in the room for accounting or records. He did a filling in one of my teeth. I felt lots of pain a few days later when biting down. I went back to the office, he had an assistant try to file it down. Still hurt a few days later. Came back, this time he tried to file it down, my personal subjective input did matter to him. He just said I probably need a root canal, and referred me to one of his cronies. What happened? I didn't need one, the filling was still too high and he was too impatient to work at it with the patient.

About Hygienist: The Hygienist is his wife I think. Though nicer mannered she is equally incompetent with the cleanings. Upon going to another dentist a few weeks later they did not believe me when I told them I had received a cleaning just a weeks earlier at Stuart Bayes' office.

Most of the office staff was friendly, but the dental treatment was so poor that I now have to go to another dentist to have the work redone.

This is a dentist I have known for a long time which although I knew he was not the greatest, I did not believe he could do me harm. I was wrong. He recommended I have all of my silver fillings removed and replaced with the tooth colored material. This is when difficulties began. Since then I have had two failed root canals, an extraction of one of the failed root canals, and have pain in two more of the molars with the replacement fillings. I just had one of the fillings repaired because most of it had fallen out. It has been a disaster. To those of you considering having old silver fillings replaced just because they are old - I'd say don't do it!!! When you replace fillings more tooth enamel is removed. This can compromise the integrity of the tooth. The third endontist I saw told me that he has seen many, many root canals due to replacement fillings. He was not surprised to see me. Think this over carefully.

I had trouble with insurance there. They "changed" one of their carriers, conveniently in the middle of a crown procedure. Through many telephone calls they were wishy washy on the dates that they changed the insurance they did and did not carry. I ended up footing the $700+. Wait time is long. They are always trying to "squeeze" someone in. All patients suffer from this practice.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Do not ever use this Dentist, for any services whatsoever. You will be terribly sorry.
