Paid a ton of money for poor results. His "permanent" retainer kept breaking and my teeth are still crooked. Now he wants more money. Won't recommend this guy.

He's brilliant! I hated the fact I needed braces as an adult, but Dr. Jacobson has the latest and fastest technology out there called SureSmile. He recommended it and I was out of my braces in 9months! He and his staff are the best and extremely accomodating and super nice. I definitely recommend his practice and the price was worth it, which I can't say for a lot of other things. Thanks Dr. Jacobson

After being in treatment for six years, I'm finally done with my braces. Dr. Jacobson never appears to understand the next step and seems to just fly by the seat of his pants. He keeps on telling me that everything looks great even though it does not. I have been very compliant with everything requested of me. His wandering eye makes me wonder whether he can actually see straight. Luckily, he has an associate who I have been seeing this past year that really took ownership of my treatment and made my teeth look better than anything done in the previous five years. If I had to do it all over again, I would never do braces with Dr. Jacobson again.

Above average cost. Hard to get in during after school hours for working mothers like me. Dr. Ron Jacobson was rude answering personal calls during our consult and thoughts were scattered running around the office. With our son, he never seemed to know what was going on with his treatment. Treatment was average leaving an overbite and some crooked teeth in the front after 3 years of treatment. My husband and I think he has an depth perception problem with one of his eyes. One of the them can never look straight at you. Overall, I would not return to this office again.
