BEWARE OF DR. ROBERT RUTNER!!!! Google "California Dental License Lookup" and search for him. He has been on probation and had MANY issues while practicing. Also do a regular search on his name. You'll find he's had legal issues in his personal life too! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T TRUST HIS KIND DEMEANOR IT'S JUST A DISGUISE!
