Dental cleanings are only once a week on Wednesday so if you can't rearrange your schedule no cleaning for you. Also the receptionist didn't seem to have basic skills such as saying "bye" before abruptly hanging up the phone.

Great people. Facilities are not brand new, but the care is exceptional, and the price is reasonable. Saw my mother for an emergency on a Saturday.

Dr. Abrahan did not see me for my annual visit, but another doctor. She was helpful, particularly when I told her about my concerns regarding a bad previous experience I had with a dentist which resulted in a root canal. The facilities weren't the cleanest--rather old and not the most updated. I couldn't complain about the cost since my insurance covered the visit, but they did refer to me another doctor for what i thought might be a cracked tooth.

The major downside to Dr. Abraham is the length of time appointments take. I have never gotten in and out of his office in under two hours, even for a simple cleaning. I have scheduled appointments for early morning, mid-day, and the afternoon, and the office is disorganized enough that it always takes far longer than it should to be seen. Once you're seated, service is exceptionally fast. I'm hesitant to say that it's exceptionally good, though, because they don't floss during cleanings, which is something every other dentist I've been to has done. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Abraham's office. They're very nice, but it just isn't worth the trouble to me.

The staff at this office was very friendly, however, they want you to spend the whole day in their office. I would like to continue service there but I don't have that kind of time on my hands. I had an 11:30 teeth cleaning appt one day, I arrived at 11:05, and I didn't get called until 12:00. The teeth cleaning was only supposed to take 30 min. and I was on my lunch break. When I informed them that I had to get back to work they asked me why I didn't take the day off but I informed them previously that it wouldn't be possible. I need more flexibility and convenience such as evening and weekend appointments that will compliment my work schedule.

After 3 years they're like family. Wait time is feesible, referrals adequate, and the advise was complimentary.

There were so many things wrong with the place. Most importantly, everyone was extremely rude. When I tried to check in, the receptionist was on the phone (which was a personal call as they were discuccing soap operas), and she actually snarled at me when I asked her for a pen to fill out my forms. I waited in a room for my procedure for over an hour, and had to come backa nother day again b/c what he did was done wrong and I was in ALOT of pain. Horrible experience!
