My family have been patients of Dr Shifrin for many years and we highly recommend her. She is always friendly, professional and prompt. She explains everything so it's understandable and any procedures I have had have been pretty much painless! She has a wall with Diplomas and certificates of continuing education that is quite impressive. The office is always neat and has a very calming atmosphere.

About Front Desk: Very friendly and efficient.

About Hygienist: The hygienist, Diane has been there since long before we started seeing Dr Shifrin. She is extremely thorough, yet gentle too!

Beware!!!! unfortunately, one star is the least I can give her!! DO NOT GO TO HER!! She is a rip off. She doesn't have any idea of what the patient is going through and how to treat the cause. The first time I went to her she did an X-ray and said deep cleaning will get rid of my tooth pain, I paid 350$ for deep cleaning and the pain never went away. I went back to her after a week and she did an X-ray again and said I need a root canal. Why didn't she see that the first time? I ended up going to another doctor who treated me right and now I am fine. On top of that she has NASTY attitude and treat you like trash!!

Implants were done by a surgeon in ATL who was recommended by Shifrin...Implants are wonderful......All I have to say about Shifrin Dental is beware of the BAIT & Switch on pricing... Very unethical dentist.

I went to this office about 5 times. Dr. Shifrin did root canal, crown and a few fillings. Last time I went there, I told her that on one of my teeth I have sensitivity to cold... She told me right the way (without any x-rays) that I have to do root canal... I didn't have dental insurance back then, and it would have cost me a lot. She also told me that almost every teeth in my mouth needs some dental work... I decided to go get second opinion... I saw another dentist who took rays and it turned out to be just a small filling instead of root canal, and two more teeth needed filings... I was very upset and felt like Dr. Shifrin was just trying to get money from me. The facility is not busy at all and it feels like they are trying to make it up by charging "arm and a leg" from existing patients...

About Front Desk: I think the front desk is the worst... every time I go there, it's a new girl at the front desk... I asked one of them to e-mail me my treatment plan, and they sent me someone else's records...It's HIPPA violation. Also, since their front desk changes every time, one of the girls forgot to make an adjustment on my account and a YEAR later they started calling me and saying that I have balance of $150, and if I don't pay, they will send me to collection.... I tried to explain the situation to the new girl, but she wasn't very cooperative and I had to choice but to pay one more time for something I already paid before.... TERRIBLE service!!! I tell everyone I know not to go there!!!

My office visit with Dr Shifrin was by far the best experience I've had with a dentist. Dr. Shifrin was very nice and made sure she took care of my needs in every manner possible. The other staff members were also very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed not having to wait hours just to see the dentist. I walked in and was taken care of immediately, plus my teeth look clean and healthy! I would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Shifrin!

I'm a proud patient of Dr.Shifrin and feel that I can trust her one hundred percent. I dont know what are some negative reviews here about, but I can tell you my side of the story. I'm very picky and careful person when it comes to services, and hesitated for a long time to switch my dental office. Since I switched to Dr. Shifrin three years ago, I had enough time to figure out that I can fully trust her. And if you have your own opinion she would not push any treatment on you. She found every single problem with my teeth and fixed it with high professionallism and for the reasonable price. She would spend as much time as needed to get job done perfectly, not as many dentists would do, flying from chair to chair, looking at their watch. Now I have most healthy and beatiful smile that I ever remember having in my life. Thanks, Dr. Shifrin!

Very happy with doctor Shifrin. I had a crown, root canal, and a number of fillings done there. No complaints on any of them.

Over a few years, she caused multiple dental ailments in myself and other members of my family that did not exist prior to going to her, including root canals, etc. Please do not go there, she drives an extremely nice Mercedes and takes vacations around the world and now we know why.
