The staff was very nice. The office was immaculate. I appreciated the few minutes they took before seating me to get to know me and address any concerns I might be having. They explained what they were doing, nothing was a mystery.
What I didn't like was them breaking up the visits between the exam and the cleaning and the gum treatment. There no reason they can't do an exam and cleaning in one visit. I also felt they were trying to replace an unnecessary crown. I will have a second opinion on that.
