I am concerned because this dentist is no longer in business, and my new dentist said he and his hygienist were negligent in not detecting my wisdom teeth and not doing proper cleaning. I received my records in the mail one month after my appointment was cancelled without them calling me (I had to call to find out), with no note or contact info on my records. IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON DR. MIKLAS, please post it here. Thank you.
