He did a crown on one of my implants (4 total for this work) One broke after 2.5 months and I was told by several dentist in my area he should replace it, they do not break might be a flaw in the process. When I went to his office they told me I would have to pay again for it. That is outrages and poor customer service by Rita. She told me it was in my mouth so I am responsible. They are not responsible for their work once it is in my mouth.

About Front Desk: Rita the wife/office manager drives patients away and has very poor relationships with the staff a high turnover due to her.

About Hygienist: Hygienist good

Dr. Walker is wonderful, his office is very nice and his staff are well trained. Rita has helped me understand my dental plan and what my plan pays for and what it dosnt. I had 6 crowns and a root conal and a cleaning by Dr. Walker and Rita asst. him she was very compasinate with all the work I had done she even at one point held my hand and talked to me.

Dr. Walker seemed alright. I just had a cleaning so there wasn't much to do.

About Front Desk: HORRIBLE!!! I believe it's Dr. Walker's wife. She starts out so sweet & nice but I had called & questioned what we owed & how much the next service was going to be. I told her we were going to cancel my husbands next appointment until we found out from insurance & she became belligerent, rude, demanded payment over the phone for what we owed immediately but yet she couldn't tell me what we owed either. Come to find out they actually owe us money & haven't seen a dime yet. My family of 3 are not going back! This is no way to be treated.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was great. Friendly & she did a great job on my teeth

Rita yells at her employees so freely and her husband...dr. Walker himself! So uncomfortable being there! She even yelled at 2 customers as I was waiting so I walked out after my first visit.

Clean and X-ray. Treatment, facilities, chair side manner were all good. Insurance help was unbelievably poor. Took many months to get a $30 refund by an incredibly rude office staffer, who now also rudely refuse to share our $600 worth of X-rays with our new dentist. This place would be good if not for nepotism issues. As it stands I recommend avoiding at all costs. You can't imagine a worse experience by front office staff.

About Front Desk: Worst we have ever seen, anywhere, in any business: rude, ignorant, told us different stories every time we had to ask for our small refund, (their fault) and told us to never return, as if!

About Hygienist: 5 stars, top notch

Hygiene time: 30

I called to request a transfer of Xrays to a new dentist and the response from the receptionist (Dr Walker's wife) was "Don't ever call this office again" and she hung up on me. This was the most unprofessional, disrespectful response I've ever had from any type of business. While Dr Walker seemed like a competent dentist, he showed poor judgement in hiring his unqualified wife as a receptionist. She will quickly drive the business into the ground with her inappropriate behavior. The reason I changed dentists in the first place was because the office was unable to submit a simple insurance claim properly for a cleaning. The wife then blamed me for not paying, even though they never sent a bill nor tried to re-submit the claim with correct info. I was a patient for 10 years with no billing problems, until the wife showed up...coincidence? Highly recommend finding a different dentist.

I had severe tooth pain and when I went to another dentist they told me that I was either going to have to have the tooth pulled or get a root canal and crown and they would be happy to charge me $1000(and that is with insurance) to do it in a week, but I would have to deal with the pain until then. The problem with this is that I am currently unemployed and do not have an extra $1000. So I called Dr. Walker's office and they said they could see me right away and take care of my problem. Did they ever! Dr. Walker said all I really needed was a filling and some antibiotics as a temporary solution that would hold me over for a year or so to get rid of the pain and then I could decide what I wanted to do about the tooth when I was in a better position to make a decision not based on pain or finances. It is really refreshing to find a dentist that is more interested in your well-being than just being out to make a buck. Needless to say that I now have a new family dentist.

This office has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and it is run by Dr. Walkers wife, who is extremely terrible. Don't expect anything good to come from here. She'll mess up your insurance and you have to fight every little thing to get it submitted the way it should be. If you have an emergency, don't think they'll help, you'd have to come in on business hours. Terrible business.
