I always have a good experience at Dr. Mckethen's office. The staff are friendly, and I love the reminders they send letting us know our appointments are either coming up, or are overdue. It's great for the busy family.

I had trouble finding a reviewed dentist that would accept my HMO. Dr. McKethen's office is neat, the staff are friendly, and early a.m./late p.m. appointments don't wait very long. Dr. McKethen takes the time to explain procedures, and to check if you're still okay while they're going on. Dr. McKethen is great, but some of his hygienists are less than attentive. What was billed as "prophylaxis" was no more than a glorified tooth brushing -- no flossing, no picking around with the metal thingy looking for weak spots. No wonder I was back soon after for a filling...one that I found myself, which is funny, because I always thought that's what dentists were for.
