I have been using Dr. Baechtold's service for about seven
years now. He is a very experienced dentist and I
have had excellent results using him. He has very good
dental hygienists' on staff who perform cleanings very efficiently
and thoroughly. I have had him replace almost all
of my old fillings with excellent results. I have nothing but good
things to report about him and the business.
I do not understand how anyone could rate he and his staff
as anything less than excellent.

I have always had a great deal of anxiety with dentistry. Dr. Bechtold and his staff have been very helpful in working with me to overcome this.

Front office had considerable difficulty billing my dental insurance. It took months to get it right. Dr. Bechtold will not schedule an appt for you if you have any kind of balance owing, even if it's because you're waiting for dental insurance to pay up. I need dental work, but I have to wait for the paperwork to go through. Seems silly to make me wait while his office staff deals with Delta Dental.
