Beware families especially with older children/adults now your family insurance plan.
They like to place the whole family under one receipt. I was charged $200 more than I should have been and once I received my insurance claim explanation I contacted them to have it refunded. I was told I had to wait until they received the check, then wait even longer for them to process and now I can't receive my refund until my fathers insurance company pays their dues. Let me also say my father and I don't share insurance companies nor our finances. I did not ask to be placed on the same bill they just assumed. Now because of office-insurance miscommunications in which they are solving I have to wait for a refund because they can't award me one until everyone on the bills dues are paid. Great service and all but as college student with a mortgage that all I share with my family is my mothers insurance plan I can not afford such a hefty amount being withheld from me simply for the way they decide to bill their client. Please ask for separate bills!!!
