My experience with Dr. Hayes office was nothing less than delightful. The assistants were always smiling and upbeat. The whole office has a very relaxed yet professional feeling. My treatment time was less than expected. I would highly recommend this office.

Over all I think the office staff is good. The lady that handles the insurance(Pam) really has all the answers. The office is always on time I never have to wait.

I'm an adult with braces. Dr. Hayes has been great and has not promised me something he couldn't do. I'm at the end of wearing and the results are better than hoped.

Dr. Hayes and his assistants are good, but Robin at the front desk, has been very rude and disrespectful throughout our almost 2 year treatment. Without patients, Dr. Hayes wouldn't have a practice and so she should be reminded who keeps them in business and to whom she should show some respect!

Overall length of wearing time for braces for my children has been very long (21/2 years and not even close to completion). Process has been confusing. Very frustrating experience for myself and my kids. However, his office staff are very nice and extremely helpful with explaining fees and benefits and taking care of insurance.
