I went to get a check up for my tooth which was causing lots of pain and swollen. Dr. Chong did not spend time to look inside of my mouth even though it was swollen so much. First, he did not explain fully about options I can choose to save my tooth which has an abscess. Second, his office was very dusty and not clean. Third, he did not have a trained staff. His wife was his staff and very unprofessional. After consultation with Dr. Chong, I decided not to go back. I did not want to risk myself. He seems to offer low price. But quality is more important. Because I went to another doctor and found a crack on my crown that caused the abscess which Dr. Chong could not find. Dr.Chong did not know what caused my abscess, but he told me to keep my crown because he can drill down on it. For other people, I do not recommend this doctor.
