They consistently over charge on their co-pays. They do not make it clear to patients that they do not participating in their insurance. They only participate in Delta Dental, there are many plans that have very qualified dentists in the plans. Patients could benefit tremendously if they saw a dentist that participated in their plan. It seems dishonest for them not to make you aware of how much more you are spending to see a dentist out of network. Have never seen an office with such poor customer service. Dr. Emery's wife runs the office and Dr. Emery and is extremely tight.

Dr. Emery is very kind and knowledgeable. Also very gentle and concerned about your pain management. Good sense of humor.
