very painful. filled cavity, yet unlike other cavities i've had filled by other dentists in the past, this was the worst job. 2 weeks after, i still feel pain-- and the filling overflows from the tooth and scrapes against my tongue. I will need to see another dentist to fix the job that dr. klein did to me. awful just awful.

About Hygienist: not very clean. have seen better hygienist before.

very nice doctors and staff. 70's retro atmosphere, but that was ok. witnessed another patient delivering cookies to the staff (must be a good sign)

Not pleased at all. The facilities did not seem up to date and Dr. Klein seemed rushed to get me out of the door.

I just returned from my last dentist appointment with Dr. Klein. I found his procedure to be a bit unsanitary as he would leave the treatment room, talk on the phone, do other tasks and not change his gloves before he continued the work in my mouth. Also, he does not let the patient know ahead of time what is going to be done, how much pain there will be, how long the healing will take. I just got a crown and I think it's good but I also had a cavity filled. He said I may have some pain, when I asked, but he said he couldn't tell me how long the pain would last because it's different for everyone. That may be fair. However, he didn't recommend how to deal with the pain (i.e. advil). Also, when making an appointment, be sure to clarify the policy on appointment cancellations. There seems to be an inconsistent policy (I needed to cancel and was told a $50 mandatory fee would be imposed - I did not recall being told this ahead of time. I ended up making the appointment and was given a paper with the policy on it and it said "a 'broken appointment' fee may be imposed" - it said nothing of $50 or that it was mandatory.
