Dr. Breslerman's license has been suspended effective March 12, 2009. See Case No. DH-B-09-800054. I lost a tooth because of his botched root canal work. In fact, the root canal in another tooth was not done correctly and the crown must be replaced.

Mark Breslerman did 10 upper anterior veneers (Lumineers) for me. He put the veneers on top of existing crowns and other dental work which I have since learned is "outside the standards of acceptable dental practice." They did not look good from the beginning. My gumline was uneven and the veneers oversized, not thin and "invisible" as advertised. Most of them came off and had to be put back on several times. I was never told of any underlying decay and in fact, got good reports at all my checkups. Unfortunately for Dr. Breslerman I moved away, and within 2 months (5 months after my most recent exam with him), a veneer right in front broke off, taking most of the tooth, which was severely decayed, with it. That led to my finding out that virtually all of the veneers were fractured & virtually all of the teeth on which they were placed were seriously decayed. The same was true of a porcelain inlay. A gold crown was so badly done that 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions conclude that it was put right on top of decay to begin with. Since that time, the Dr. has refused to send me my dental records, answer my calls and even a certified letter. I would not recommend his practice to anyone. My estimate for repairing his bad work: $40 K!!

About Hygienist: The staff is nice but clearly intimidated and enduring professional abuse by their employer. I could tell they knew he was not treating me properly and could also tell they were too intimidated to support me when I expressed my concerns.

Dr. Breslerman has a chairside manner that initially appears kind, but after the initial visit you see that he really doesn't give a damn about his patients. If he did he would be respectful of their time and feelings....they make you sign a HIPA privacy form when you start going there....but he doesn't follow anything regarding patient privacy....discussing other patients while working on you....and if you say that something doesn't feel right....he just makes you feel like an idiot by telling you to calm down.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.....

About Hygienist: I saw the dental hygienist first, I think her name was Tamara, anyway she was excellent and took great care to clean my teeth and explain things to me....when Dr. Breslerman came in to do my exam it was like a joke....I don't think he reviewed any paperwork I filled out...if he did he would not have asked me the same questions.....It was the best cleaning I ever had....and she was the only reason I returned to that office....but if the Dentist is poor the hygienist can only cover for so long.....so BYE, BYE to this office for good.

Very nice and friendly staff including the doctor however the work suffers. Very unconfortable and painful during procedures and often have to come back for corrections.

Wow I'm really shocked by the pervious reviews. Well I have been going to Dr. Breslerman for routine cleanings and preventative care treatment since August of 2005 and my experience has been positive. I can't really comment about cost because my insurance company handles that. I did have to come back on 3 different occasions because I had like 4 cavities that needed to be filled. The visits seemed justified and the procedure was what I expected in terms of pain and anxiety....I mean he is drilling a hole in my tooth all to fill it again&.its not a peaceful procedure to go through when your wide awake wondering what if his hand slips. But in all fairness he is not stingy with the anesthesia so I really couldn't feel a thing.

I had a very small cavity, but instead of a simple filling he insisted on a complicated "inlay" procedure which required more visits, more money, and a lot of pain. After each visit I had to return within a few days because my mouth was hurting or something didn't go right. The front desk ladies are nice, and dealt well with my insurance, but don't be fooled by their kind smiles. They also let you walk out of the office without telling you that you have goo all over your face or clothing.

Dentist was really rude, left me message nasty at previous work number(even though i requested not to be called at work) to complain that I had missed an appointment. I had missed the appointment because it was schedule 3 weeks before and they kept calling my previous job(I had already left for my new job). One time, the assistant did not finish work and close tooth, I had to come back the day after to finish it. Finally, today, I went for my last appointment, He was so rude I just walked out I could not take it anymore.
