I have been seeing Dr Jeffery Webb off and on for the past 6+ years. Although he is not a friendly person at all, (my husband had once called him snooty and arrogant) and nothing really made us want to stay except the office is a block away and the staff has always been pleasant.
We recently came back to Dr Webb and had two horrible experiences with him. First my 6 year old son had a cavity between 2 of his molars, and we were told not to worry about filling it since the adult tooth would be growing in. Within a month of Dr Webb's advice the tooth went absess and my poor little boy had extreme pain, a fever and then lost that tooth. The pediatric dentist that we sent him to (since Dr Webb cannot work on an absess tooth for a child) was furious and said that he should have saved that tooth because his adult tooth won't be coming in for a few years.
I continued to see Dr Webb myself foolishly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he is not a pediatric dentist. I had a visit scheduled yesterday for a filling. Dr. Webb & Staff are simply the best. A very good friend of mine in Monterey was my dentist for many years. After relocating and meeting Dr. Webb & Staff, I had no clue what state of the art dentistry was. Quick, Efficient, Courteous, and Caring. Crowns can now be fitted & made in an office visit. No more return trips to remove temp and replace with permanent.

I have been going to the same office since 1988 at age 16. It was fist the practice of Dr. Sean Penn, and then went to dr. Webb. I have always been happy with their service. They put me at ease, and are gentle during cleanings and fillings. I've always felt the office was very clean and sanitary also.

I came to Dr. Webb being extremely afraid of dentists due to some terrible past experiences. I was in pain and needed plenty of work done (fillings, root canals, etc.). The staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Webb addressed my concerns and explained what he was doing step by step since I was so nervous. I never once felt any pain during any of his proceedures which was a first for me. I have had to call for a couple of weekend emergencies and he responded immediately. I would definately recommend Dr. Webb to everyone and in fact, I had everyone at my previous workplace going to him. He is gentle, polite, listens to your concerns, and everyone in his office makes me feel like I'm a family member.
About Hygienist: My hygenist is Lisa and like Dr. Webb she does a great job and is always concerned about my personal comfort. She is thorough and always answers all my questions.

Excellent customer care and level of service. Dr. Webb and his staff are very friendly, professional and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of during my procedure. Their chair-side manner is second to none and their front office staff was very knowledgable and helpful in regards to follow-up treatment, insurance complications and post procedure information.
Dr. Webb was very easy to work with and I found his style to be very smooth and precise. He continually readjusted my bridge until it was perfect and left me with clear and concise instructions on how to maintain the beautiful work he had done. His technique for dealing with the uncomfortable portions of the procedure was second to none and it was a blessing for me that he was able to provide the Nitros gas. Overall my experience with Dr. Webb has left me a strong and dedicated customer. I plan on using Dr. Webb for any other dental related issues that I have and highly recommend Dr. Webb to all of my friends and collegues.
If you are anywhere near the greater Fairfield area and in need of any sort of dental work please do yourself and go see Dr. Webb.
