We paid over $4000 for my wife's Invisalign procedure and in the middle of the whole thing (which could take upwards of a year+) he drops the Invisalign product. When we called and made follow up appointments he would not tell us what was going on, no call backs and now I have to fight him for a refund (which his accountant says he doesn't have). DON'T DO IT! He has a Unsatisfactory rating with the BBB as well.

Dr. Norton's office reminds me of a health spa. The staff is friendly enough, and his work is fantastic. My only complaints are that the prices are rather steep and there seems to be a bit of pressure on the sales end. Caution: He'll probably try to talk you into a pair of veneers. However, if you dont mind paying extra for the niceties, such as a paraffin wax or a neck warmer, than Norton is the dentist for you.
