Check your health plan before service!!! office was sold to aparna Subramanian. so if she is not on your list, you will be billed the full amount. happened to me. Dr. collard was on my preferred list, have gone to him for 8+ years. He sold the practice, still works on patients, but Natasha bills under dr. Subramanian's name, so therefore, you pay higher costs that way. normally get cleanings for "free" under my plan. this visit was billed to me in full - not a good way to keep customers. tricky!!

Went to Dr. Collard for a cleaning and x-ray and I have to say his facilities are immaculate and he was very professional and considerate. I have been going to him for several years now and would not consider visiting any other dentist. He has a great sense of humor and the whole procedure was pain free.

Dr Collard is a competent clinician, however I did experience a fair amount of pain. My concern mostly is that he works alone with no other staff except a receptionist. I find it uncomfortable that Dr Collard does not have an assistant to help with patient care, instruments, etc. I experienced a very bad throat infection after one visit. On another occaision I was overbilled for services and it took quite awhile to receive the refund.

After a cleaning and sold on a crown for a chipped tooth, I got the worst throat then bronchial infection the same evening. I was sick for 2 week. The doctor has no assistant. He attempts to handle the suction and other patient care matters by himself. Most dentists I've been to have a qualfiied assistant to help. This explains why bits of broken filling went down my throat. I was additionally over charged for services beyond what the agreement is with Delta Dental and have yet to have a phone call returned after 4 attempts. I think Dr. Collard is skilled but his practice is lacking in a qualified assistant, adequate sterilization, and a nice front office person that returns calls and handles billing disputes promptly.
