I did not enjoy my experience at this office. The staff is a little too chatty and with each other--how shall I say this?--full of themselves. The pretension level is extremely high.
More importantly, when in severe pain from a condition diagnosed by Dr. Bock, I was told by his staff that I could not get a prescription painkiller...because the dentist "doesn't believe in that." Believe in what, pain management? Later when I told this to the oral surgeon, he was stupefied.

Very friendly staff (fun, family atmosphere) - obviously focused on customer service. I never have to wait and often can be taken in early for my appointment. Dental equipment is very clean, and up to date. The facilities are extremely well maintained and comfy, including the music selection. Dr. Bock and the dental hygienists have an excellent bedside manner.

I went to Dr. Bock after a friend recommended him, and his whole team, so highly. After going, I can see why! From the first phone call, you are treated like a special patient and the staff is so helpful in answering all of your questions. I went for a general exam and was educated on things I had never heard before regarding old crowns, fillings, gingivitis,etc. I truly felt like I got my money's worth-I really enjoyed the full 16 digital xrays that they do that immediately show up on the screen above you-allowing you to see all of your teeth panoramic style!
I also appreciated the calming effect of the staff, and their offers to help me figure out how much things would cost with my insurance.
Overall, the most pleasant dental experience I could possibly imagine! Highly recommended!
