shoddy work, 2 failed attempts, eventually went to a standard dentist who did a great job on first try, Atwood hasn't returned my attempt to resolve this in 1 1/2 years, is playing games with refund (hold check saying he "needs to think about it further" despite such a long length of time, and still no refund check to me).

Dr Atwood and his staff went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and to address all of my concerns. If you are looking for someone who actually cares about you and how you are treated, this is an office you should strongly consider!
