Was a patient for many years and always paid when service provided. Had dental insurance but he was not a participating provider. Spent a fortune on root canals …. During a examination I was told needed a surgical procedure and he could perform it immediately. Told I had to pay before the procedure! Took my credit card as I was in the chair. Also one of the receptionists rude and dismissive.
About Front Desk: Asked for toothbrush - rudely told to sit and just wait until see dentist.

Treatment with Krinick was more painful and money-wasting than any other dentists I've used. The work lasted only a couple years before it all had to be redone, which was even more pain, time, and money. I wish I had never used this dentist.

Great Office, Very good environment, very nice staff, everything was great ,there was music and staff were very nice and looked very happy working there.
About Front Desk: Extremely nice and very attentive to your needs. Their always trying to help in any way possible.
About Hygienist: I have never had a cleaning like this better. Very Good. Also very professional.
