Doctor Fricke has been my family's dentist for at least 13 years. I've found him to be friendly, competent, dependable, trustworthy. I like the fact that he does all the work himself, including the routine cleanings. He has an assistant for the more involved procedures, who also acts as office manager. He seems to run his office efficiently with minimum staff, but he covers all the bases. Claims are always submitted promptly. Office, treatment rooms, and waiting area are neat, clean, and well-kept. For other than routine treatments he's able to recommend specialists and seems acquainted with them or their work. He once handled repair of a denture for my mother-in-law visiting from abroad. He is always prompt and professional, and seems to keep abreast of developments in his field. He seems like the old-fashioned type of family dentist or physician, in that he doesn't maintain a huge staff, handles most work himself, and never treats patients in an impersonal way. I've never had problems with any work that he's done, like fillings or crowns. His fees are reasonable. I rank him the best of the six or so dentists that have treated me in my lifetime.
