I would keep looking! She has her assistant do most of the work! If an issue comes up she sends the assistant in to try to repair or give you the brush off. I'd think twice. Dr. Helton is very nice BUT I expect a dentist work on me NOT an assistant - plus the cleaning was one of the worst I'd ever had, brushing at home cleaned my teeth more!

Dr. Helton is a very nice dentist. Her assistants are friendly. She was recommended to me by a friend. Had a root canal. Spent 2 hours there...totally unnecessary. There were times I thought they forgot about me. She had way too many things going on at one time. I felt like they were mad b/c I couldn't afford a crown right then & there. And the billing people were constantly going over your costs. Again, I felt like crap b/c I went in for a root canal & when I refused the other treatments they seemed irritated. And they were overly thrilled w/ my insurance. It was like they wanted to spend it all in one shot! The actual procedure was ok although I have days now where I wonder if she actually got all of the nerves out!
